Yes, my wife had done something similar to a local jeweler. He did it in white gold, but the 3 white CZ ring was in it. She had been in a place where an exchange of jewelry with many suppliers in Paramus, New Jersey. I think it costs $ 600.
Probably genuine diamonds set around $ 2000 - $ 3000, but the price depends on the quality of the diamond.
